Modify is  used for modifying Student records, deleting and checking student's detail report.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to Modify or Delete Student details -

1. Click on the  Student module.
   
2. Click on the  Modify option.
   

            

• Select  ☑ Shift [▼], ☑ Class [▼], ☑ Stream [▼], ☑ Section [▼]  to search the student.
  
• Click on the  Load Record  button.
  
• The student's records will be listed as follows.
  
• You can filter students by their Name, Registration no., Sr. no., Father name, DOB, Gender, Address, city, state, Pin code and Mob no.
• Select the student whose detail you want to modify.
  

                    

• If you want to view the full detailed report of the student then c lick on the  Detail button.
  

• If you want to edit the account details of a student then click on the  Edit ( A/C) button.
  
• The following window will open

• Make the changes in the respective fields.
  
• Click on the  Update button.
  

• If you want to edit the details of the student then click on the  Edit button.
  
• Click on the << Prev or Next >> button to modify the particular student detail. 
• Make the changes in respective fields.
  
• If you want to Change Class Then Click on Class Change (Not Recommended) option.
  

             

• Click on the  Update  button.
  

        

• If you want to delete a student's records then click on the  Delete button.
  
• The following message will be displayed.
  
• 
  
• Click on the  Yes button to delete the student record.
  

Note -

1. The delete option does not delete records permanently. To Restore or Delete record permanently go to Deletion Report Option of Admin Module.
   
2. Make sure if you change class then Student Fee Details, Exam Details, Transport Details will be deleted.
