Make Payment from Account Book

Make Payment from Account Book

Payment  option is used for payment based on "From and To" account books.

Follow the below-mentioned steps to Make Payment from Account Book:-
  • Click the Account Module.
  • Open the Payment Option.                                                                                                                                                          
  •            The following window will open. 

  •   Select the from Account Book (From which account you want to make payment).
  •  Select the To Account Book. (On which account you want to make payment).
  •  Fill the Amount.
  • Fill the Mode of Payment.
  • Select the Date of transaction.
  •  Fill the Transaction Remark.
  •  Click on Save Button.
  •  Click on Cancel button to reset the filled records.

            

  1. After Clicking on Save Button your Payment voucher will be generated you can print or Export it.
