How to Create Live Class

How to Create Live Class using JioMeet

  1. Login to VIDYA Teacher App.
  2. Click on the Live Class option.
            
  1. Click on the NEW+ button.
            
  1. Note:- 
    1. To create Live Class make sure you have installed JioMeet in your Smartphone.
    2. You have Signed in to your JioMeet Account.
    3. You have scheduled a meeting in the JioMeet for the Class for which you want to create Live Class.
  2. Select Shift, Class, Stream, Section
  3. Select Subject
  4. Select the Class Start Time from the Class Start field. (Mandatory field)
  5. Select the Class End Time from the Class End field. (Mandatory field)
  6. Enter the JioMeet ID of the class in the Meeting ID field. (Mandatory field)
  7. Enter the JioMeet Password of the class in the Password field. (Mandatory field)
  8. Enter the description in the Comment field.
  9. Click on the Save button to create the live class.
            
  1. Now to Start the Live Class at the scheduled time Click on the Go Live link.
  2. You will be redirected to JioMeet and your Live Class will be started.
