Grade Subject Marks Entry in Exam

Grade Subject Marks Entry in Exam

Grade Marks option is used to insert the marks of additional subjects.

Follow the below mentioned steps to process Grade Marks Entry -  

  • Click on Exam  Module.
  • Select Grade Marks option.                                                                                                                                                   

 

  • Select Shift, Class, Stream & Section.
  • Click on Load Records button.

  • Student record will be displayed.
  • You can sort record by Reg No., Roll No & Name
  • Fill Grade into the Grade subject field.
  • Click on Absent button if the selected student is absent on the exam date.
  • Click on Medical Leave button if Student are in Medical Leave .
  • Click on Cancel  button to cancel the entry.
  • Click on Save button to save the record.
