New SMS option is used to create New SMS. In this you can create only open SMS like holidays SMS, PTM SMS, Occasions SMS etc.

• Click the SMS menu.
  
• Open the New SMS option.
  
• 
             
  
• Select the approved templates name (like School Close 1 ) from Select SMS Templates Dropdown.
  

• Click on Refresh button.
  
  
• After click on Refresh button your selected template format (like Dear {#var#}, the school will remain closed from {#var#} to {#var#}. And will be reopened from {#var#}. Thanks.<Brand Name>) will show in template area and template ID will show in Template ID area.

• Dynamic values are listed in sequence with Sl. no. wise. In which Values are dynamic values ( like #var # ) and Texts are filled data according to you ( like students). 

• Like this After filled all the dynamic values, your message look like this Dear, Students the school will remain closed from 19-Apr-2021 to 30-Apr-2021. And will be reopened from 1-May-2021. Thanks ABC Public School.
  

• Click the Get Student/ Get Contacts button.
  

      Note - On clicking Get Student  button you can send SMS to students. 

               On clicking Get Contacts you can send SMS to others like- Teachers, Vendors etc.

• On clicking Get Student-
  
  • Search student by Reg No, Name or Class Wise.
    
  • Click on the Search button to load record.
    
  • Now select  Mailing Contact  or Permanent Contact .
    
  • Select students one by one or click Select All button.
    
  • Click on  Ok button.
    
• On Clicking Get contacts-
  
  • Select All Groups or select one group.
    
  • Select one record and click on OK button
    

•  Click the Save button.
  
•  Now to Send SMS, go to   SMS Box option in the SMS module .
