Activation option is used to Activate/Deactivate Shift, Class, Stream & section.

1. Click on Admin Module.
   
2. Select Activation option.
   

       

1. First Select the Session in which you want to Active Classes.  
   
2. Select the session (In which you want to Active Classes) and Click on Change as Default.
   

         

1. Then Activate the Shift (General / Hindi Medium / English Medium).
   
2. Click on the  Active  option to activate the selected shift.
   
3. You can also set the  Start Time & End Time of a shift by double-clicking on the particular column.
   
4. Click on the  Save button to activate the shift(s).

         

Follow the below-mentioned steps to Activate/Deactivate Class  -  

Steps-

1. Select-Shift
   
2. All classes will display below
   
3. Click on the Active  option to activate any class
   
4. If you want to activate all classes click on the  All  option
   
5. Click on the  Save  button to activate the selected classes
   

             

Follow the below mentioned steps to Activate/Deactivate Stream  -  

Steps-

1. Select-Shift
   
2. Classes 9th - 12th have Streams
   
3. Click on the Active  option to activate any class
   
4. If you want to activate all classes click on All  option
   
5. Select Class ( 9, 10, 11 & 12 classes have streams)
   
6. Select Stream according to different classes
   
7. Click on the Active option to activate the selected stream
   
8. To activate all streams click on All  option
   
9. Click on the  Save  button to activate the selected streams
   

             

Follow the below-mentioned steps to Activate/Deactivate Section  -  

Steps-

1. Select-Shift
   
2. Select  Class & Stream
   
3. All the available Sections  for that class will be listed below
   
4. Click on the Active option to activate sections for the selected class
   
5. To activate all section click on the  All option
   
6. Click on the  Save button to activate the selected sections
